Job Description:

  • Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets, and machine scheduling (weekly/daily and shift wise).
  • Firsthand experience in different manufacturing process of the cable namely Wire drawing, Stranding, Bunching, Extrusion of different compounds like PVC, LDPE, HDPE, XLPE (Wet cured i.e. Silicon based-SIO Plan), laying armoring etc.
  • Responsible for running of the manufacturing operation.
  • Spearheading production related tasks including planning.
  • Control and trouble shooting, handling shop floor operations.
  • Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve production targets.
  • Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement.
